Interview with Dimitar Karamarinov from GentlemanZone.com
1. Please, tell us a little bit about yourself.
First of all, thanks for having me. I am vivid Millenial fascinated with one too many things. I adore everything stylish and elegant, be it wine, suits, ties, ranging to interior decor, craftsmanship, DIY and art.
2. How did you get on the Gentleman Zone?
I wanted to have a place where I’d gather and express the love for gentleman attitude and lifestyle. I wasn’t part of the outlet from the start but once I got on board I’m on for good. Of course, it’s a never-ending project, and I think the best is yet to come.
3. Can you tell us a little bit about the various interests you have?
The real gentleman is a vivid person and interests range, blur and overlap, which is where real style and attitude are. To choose the right suit, shoes and tie, and to have a wide range of tools at home is what the modern masculism really is. The real gentleman craves intelligence, fashion, fine and dine, and DIY.
4. What kind of gear do you use?
My favorite is the wine opener, lol. But when it comes to DIY, I’d be lost without my swiss knife / multi tool. But when it comes down to good old household repairs, I love my adjustable wrench, the range of mallets, locking pliers, and of course, the cordless drill.
5. Please share a few situations where the multi tool was an invaluable asset for you?
Most often than not, to open a bottle of wine or a beer. Even though I have a fairly modest collection of gorgeous wine openers, I still go either of two. The thing is, one is pretty much always with me.
7. In what other ways do you use your multi tool besides all the wine and dine?
A good multi tool is simply invaluable. It can help you fix anything from appliances to a hinge. Your car, or even craftsmanship. To be honest, it’s mostly useful for helping others. There’s nothing more gentleman than a man helping a clumsy woman in need.
8. What would be a good use for your multi tool?
You can use it for anything, you know. It’s a multi-tool! But if I have to list, it can help with starting a campfire, cooking, setting up tents, as a can opener, first aid, notch your belt (or other leather), cracking ice, measure your catch, hang a bear bag, and many more.
9. What is your message to our readers and fans?
The real Gentleman is there to help a lady and having a multi tool can make or break it.
